What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, and ShopPay/Apple Pay (depending on your device).
Where do you ship?
At the moment, I ship within Australia only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping applies to locally shipped items when your order reaches $60 or more.
This does not apply to print-on-demand items.
When will my order be dispatched?
Locally shipped orders leave my studio on Tuesdays and Fridays.
POD items have their own production window (usually 2–5 business days).
How long will my order take to arrive?
- VIC: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
- POD items: 5–10 business days once shipped.
Can I track my order?
Books and parcels include tracking.
Cards sent as Large Letters do not include tracking.
What if my order includes both local and POD items?
You’ll receive them in separate packages and shipping rates are calculated accordingly.
WooCommerce automatically applies the correct rate.
Do you accept returns?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please email me within 7 days and I’ll organise a replacement.
Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Yes! Leave a note at checkout if your order is a gift.
