Shipping Information

🇦🇺 Australia-wide shipping

I ship all items from Melbourne using Australia Post.
Depending on the product in your order, your package may be shipped either directly by me or by one of my print partners.

There are two shipping types in this shop:

1) Locally shipped items (sent by me)

These include:

  • greeting cards

  • prints and mini prints

  • children’s books

Shipping rates:

  • Cards: $3.50 (Large Letter)

  • Books & larger items: $10.90 (Parcel Post with tracking)

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 (applies to locally shipped items only)

Dispatch days:
I pack and ship orders every Tuesday and Friday.

Delivery times:

  • VIC: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days
    (Peak holiday periods may take a little longer.)

2) Print-on-demand items (sent by my production partner)
  • tote bags
  • selected printed items

These products are shipped directly from my production partner (Australian-based when possible), which allows me to create small runs sustainably.

Shipping rate for POD items:

  • Flat rate: $11.90 Australia-wide
    (Charged once per order, even if combined with other items.)

Important:
POD items do not qualify for free shipping, even if your order exceeds $60.

Delivery times:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 5–10 business days

Packaging

I package all locally shipped items with care using:

  • rigid mailers or padded envelopes
  • recyclable paper sleeves
  • compostable or reusable packaging whenever possible

Books are sent in protective mailers.
Cards are sent flat to keep them pristine.
